To apply for a vacant position, you must first create an ERA user account by clicking on “Login” and “Create an Account” on the ERA webpage. This will enable you to view and apply for vacant positions, and track the status of your applications.

Before applying for any vacant position, please read the entire vacancy announcement carefully and make sure that you meet all of the eligibility and qualification requirements. Applicants are encouraged to review the Eight Qualities of Overseas Employees, as they will be expected to demonstrate these as a member of the US Embassy Reykjavik Team.
